Centralised Government

  • The city (red) can have its government (blue) centralised. You most of the time find its buildings figuratively and literally in the very centre. This type of government likes to have the world of rules and regulations (black) as first priority in place, to keep 'in control'. The city itself as a whole and the actual life of its citizens within (white) is more on the outskirts and have lesses focus. The Council of Mayor and Aldermen is in the centre of city life. From inside to outside thinking and acting is usance. An art expression.
