A Not Resilient City

  • The system of the city (red) has been pulled over the edge. It is an example of a not resilient city which has become in a process of change. The external forces competed with the resilience of the system itself. In other words, the system of the city was not robust and resistant (hills, black) to bounce back to its equilibrium. It is now on the top of the hill. This is a tipping point, from where it rolls further to the next valley where the system finds a new balance, in this case to a lower level of quality in public values with more public risks. An art expression.
